Finding My Place through the MongoDB New Grad Rotation Program

June 23, 2017

Speaker: Maria van Keulen, Software Engineer, MongoDB
Track: WTC Lounge

Newly-graduated (or "New Grad") software engineers at MongoDB spend their first few months rotating through three different teams of their choice in order to become familiar with the various teams’ individuality, environment, and work. This talk draws on anecdotal experiences from rotating on the Server, Cloud, and Drivers and Integrations teams to discuss what it's like to participate in the rotation process and how it helps New Grads find their places in the company.
