June 29, 2017

Robert Fehrmann, Principal Architect, Snagajob

Snagajob is America's largest employment network, connecting employers at over 300,000 locations, with more than 75 million workers. Getting there wasn't easy, but how do we stay there? To support the continuous growth and speed of change, Snagajob decided to move 100% of its applications to AWS. In this talk, the Snagajob team will discuss their migration to AWS and how following MongoDB's best practice recommendations helped in shaping Snagajob's next-generation platform, providing a future-proof architecture that is scalable, performs under load, and is secure.
